The Land of Kings Cafe & Restaurant has recently made a name for itself as the first-ever Game of Thrones themed cafe and restaurant in Sri Lanka. Asanka Wijethilake
Asanka has worked in the field of culinary arts throughout Sri Lanka, Middle East and Italy for the past 24 years and has honed his skills at many fine-dining establishments during that time. He started out in Sri Lanka working at 5 star Hotel and Moved to Middle East. For the past 2 years, he served as the Group Chef at Land of Kings Cafe & Restaurants. Asanka has shared his talents with Land of Kings as our Group Chef. He hopes to pass along techniques, knowledge and insights that professionals can use to create incredible dishes.
Mr. Sachith Sameera
Sameera is the executive chef of the Land of Kings Cafe and Restaurant. His previous experience includes working across Sri Lanka and the Middle East region in Star Class Establishments. Sameera was a member of Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG) as well. Currently he is working as an Executive chef for Land of Kings Jurmala Outlet.
